Payment Terms
- Once off booking fee of R350.00.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm reservation within 14 days from booking.
- Full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival.
- Your deposit will be forfeited if your booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- A R500.00 refundable deposit is applicable on each booking.
General
- Arrivals after 14h00.
- Departures before 09h00.
- Parking available for trailers.
- These apartments are serviced weekdays only – Unit No. 1, 4 & 9.
- Unit No. 2, 6 & 12 can be serviced on request.
- Very strict Body Corporate rules apply on the amount of people per unit. (No more than 6 people are allowed per unit.)
- No pets allowed
- Should you spend more than 7 days in the apartment, an additional fee of R150.00 will be incurred for the changing and washing of all linen. Applicable only to units 2, 6 & 12.
- Please note that these apartments have a non-smoking restriction.
