Payment Terms
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation within 14 days from booking.
- Full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival on out of season bookings.
- Full payment is required 4 weeks before arrival on all school holiday bookings.
Additional Costs
- Once off booking fee of R350.00
- R500.00 refundable deposit is required.
- Applicable only to unit 2, 6, 7, 11, 12 and 24 – Should you spend more than 8 days in the unit, an additional fee of R150.00 will be levied for changing linen and servicing the unit.
Cancellation Policy
- All monies paid will be forfeited if your booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- No part cancellations within 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Check in Times
- Arrivals after 14h00
- Departures before 9h00
General information
- Parking available for trailers
- Very strict Body Corporate rules apply on the amount of people per unit. (No more than 6 people are allowed per unit including babies.)
- Unit 1, 4 and 9 are serviced weekdays, excluding public holidays.
- Unit no 2, 6, 7, 11, 12 and 24 can be serviced on request.
- Please note that these apartments have a non-smoking restriction.
- No pets allowed.
